Night Garden
These nocturnal exposures respond to the challenge of photographing "all the light we cannot see." They are blind compositions, made without flash or supplemental lighting. With exposure times ranging from seconds to hours, and an array of cameras from digital to pinhole, the project is left open to intuition, as the camera captures fleeting moments in time.
(See installations to view some of these images now permanently installed at the Montreal Glen Hospital.)
Night Garden was published as a monograph by Datz Press, May 2015.
Night Garden was exhibited as a solo exhibition at Traywick Contemporary, November 15, 2015 - January 15, 2016
